The Importance of Treadmill Stress Tests
If you catch the patient with Welland syndrome, they have exertional symptoms. Don't give that patient a stress test. Don't put them on a treadmill because they will have Vtak. It's amazing how many times you really kind of come back to these symptoms and how the patients look at how they feel. And I really think that that's the biggest thing that drives us.

Take Home Points Provider assessment of how the patient looks is extremely important. If it looks and feels like a STEMI clinically, get serial ECGs and consult Cardiology immediately.
