If you can get in 60 to 90 grams per hour then you shouldn't have any problems at all in terms of your carbohydrate availability. Make the warm up a bit longer than normal just make sure that the warmth is long enough for you this is individual some people might need 30 minutes for some 10 would still be plenty but see what works for you.
