The Importance of Recognizing Experienced Aircrew
The Royal Canadian Air Force is looking at ways to speed up training for aircrew. Some of those things just aren't completely within the wheelhouse of the RCAF, but it's being looked at by higher ups. The AOT set members are working with TUCAD on an analysis of like a community college or civilian flying training program that provides CPLs and NIFR commercial licenses. It's definitely something that has to be carefully considered because you don't want people who are underqualified.
