Sally Kohn: I always kind of talk about the company in terms of our four fundamental beliefs. The first one is something that my first police chief had told me when he hired me, he said, well, we have here is a bank of goodwill with the community. Every time you go out there and have a positive interaction with a community member as a police officer, you're making a deposit in that bank account. We believe fundamentally interactions between police officers and community members are ground zero for every improvement and decline in public perception.
