The Biden administration was noticeably quiet in the run up to the last, the end of the last cooling off period. They punted back in September because they needed to get past midterm elections and need labor. And this is very much about sending a message to airline workers, to other infrastructure, to quote, unquote,. infrastructure workers, to the postal service, right? There seems like there is very much like, here's the line. You can't cross this line because once you do, it's a slippery slope.
