What's the Biggest Counter to the Black Death?

Josh harbinger: The biggest counter, of course, is the chinese are still there. They o very little about chinese system that any standard economist is going to be able to look at and say, oh, yes, that's going to last. But yet they are still here 30 years on. And their labor costs have increased at a faster clip than at any time in history in any country, including the black death. So we're looking at a country that is going from pree dustrial standards of subsistence agriculture to a complete post industrial collapse within a lifetime with 20 years to spare.
