Why Can't the Groundlings in Second City Be Latinx?

I was reading this article in LA Times about they're trying to change these improv comedy troops, the groundlings in Second City and Upright Citizens Brigade. It's been really bad for... It's like kind of got a country club hierarchy and so the same kind of people i.e. White people keep getting promoted within the structure. And one of the things that this article was talking about is that they want these troops to represent the diversity in the community. Like if there's 29% Latino, then you should have 30% in the improv troop be Latinx. So why is it not ... Why can't the groundlings be like 80% black and it's not like,
