The Importance of Michael Artetta in Arsenal's Future
I don't think Michael Artetta would be in charge of Arsenal. He is better supported by Edu as Sporting Director or Technical Director than Emory was by the people that he had at the club. But my gut feeling is that if he had gone in after Arsene Wenger, even with the best intentions, it would have just chewed him up a little bit. And I'm not sure many managers could have elicited the sort of season we saw last season from any Arsenal. So I don't think we'd be any better off, certainly. And there's a chance we'd be worse off because our teddy would have failed and we would have gone another path.
