Joe Biden's Pre-Campus Mode
Biden has been in a bit of a pre campaign mode of late. He's dispatched his cabinet members and top administration officials out across the country all for the purpose of promoting what they did last Congress. One advisor put it this way to my colleagues, quote, what's the upside to announce a campaign now? Joe Biden is in no rush to be a candidate. His advisors also see a rough and tumble Republican primary campaign with Donald Trump as the center of it.
