Do You Believe in Coercion?
The Chinese have been proven to be wrong because they're now thinking about actually encouraging people to have bigger families. While governments in poor countries with high fertility rates were wrong to get their fertility rates down, absolutely not. It's part of development. Governments can facilitate it, not with coercion, but with education for women and contraceptive family planning projects. I think two or three is the golden zone.
