The Anxiety of Writing a Book

The lead up in my anxiety was mostly about what is the backlash going to be. I feel so much better and relieved that it's now just kind of out in the world. The most special moments for me have been like a friend texted yesterday and said, who's also trans and said that their mom read it in two days. Those moments feel like all you can really ask for when you are writing something like this.
