It all depends entirely on like what type of isometric do you ever do you use in. So potentially if it was obviously the overcoming which a more central nervous system focus or contentment focus, they're probably going to more at the start of the session. And then I suppose the ones that are more, to get that stimulus of like submaximal holes, long duration, you're trying to drive restriction and that side of it in terms of a volume response then I guess they're gonna go towards the end of the session for slow restriction training.
