A-shaped founder and CEO Dan O'Brien talks to CNN about his design process. He says he struggles with self-reflection, humility and skepticism when working on new products. His latest project was an app that lets parents engage their kids in a variety of ways via the iPad or iPhone. 'There's no greater test of humility than sitting where I get to sit and inviting regular users to come in and use a product,' said O'Brien.
