How to Stay Focused When Traveling for Business Purposes
When on the road, you have to really work hard. The shortcut for me whenever I've done this is to be super disciplined going to bed early. And that a lot of times that means cutting out of dinner early or missing parts of dinner. So I can go to bed early so I can wake up extra. That's a big, I always go to the hotel gym. But I don't go to CrossFit gyms when I'm traveling because of the commute and the time it takes to do that.
