Is the Chinese Government a One Party State?

i've been to china but five times. constantly, the chok conversations we' have was mi sort of lectweld,. there's this all knowing, all powerful, omnipocent, wise men at the top who figured out everything. What does it say about their judgment if they're presiding over a property collapse, a banking crisis and the need to bale out a massive part of the chinese economy? I mean, i think, i think it speaks very much to the core of the lie, which is that autocratic regimes don't make long term strategic mistakes. This s something that no shortage of people in the chinese government, frankly, saw coming down the road years
