MOND Modified Newtonian Dynamics
MOND is an equation that seeks to modify Newtonian dynamics, which should be telling. After all, the theory of gravity is general relativity, not Newtonian dynamics. We have a problem for which MOND is no actual solution because it's not an explanation. What MOND is is instrumentalist. It exists purely to predict what is going to happen, but fails to explain why.
