Is Your Calorie Target the Cause or the Consecration of Your Intensity?

Some people assume they need to eat way more than they do in order to keep the number going up over time. In some cases, they might be causing some of that misery by overshooting or overestimating the actual surplus that they need. So if you're someone who your calorie intake necessarily is that high because you've been pushing through so much physiological friction and struggling so much to gain any weight at all, then in that case, I think the more frequent mini cut situation makes more sense.
