I'm broadly optimistic that at the same time apprehensive, which is probably a great mix. I do think we had a perfect opportunity during lockdown to reappraise wellbeing. And I think we've defaulted back to the individual and even the organizational interventions I see are not really targeting organizational wellbeing for individuals. So I'm just not sure or comfortable or confident that that's necessarily going to happen in the way I'd like it to. But all the evidence that you're producing the reports, they all go to making a very clear statement that improving workplaces for people is good for business.
