I think we all have to right now get more clever with what we're doing on line. The people aren't tired of sitting in front of their computers, though they're not comfortable, like at big conferences. And so how do you meet people with where they're atand when they're ready to receive it? I think that it is changing, and i think it's part of what's pushing us to think about metavers or some of the new paths to acquisition. But i actually think it all comes down to segmentation and relevancy. How do we still deliver?"
