The company has raised 15 million dollars from a clutch of private investors who believe it may help us battle climate change. If colossal does succeed in its end, then the company will have developed novel engineering and reproductive technology they could potentially monotize elsewhere. They could even be contracted to invest in d extinction efforts elsewhere across the world.
