The Power of Feedback

I don't try to disregard opinion, particularly negative ones. I use that as fuel to take a look at what I proposed from their perspective and try to play devil's advocate on my own work. That's the most powerful feedback that you can have. There's nothing greater in the world of developing software than somebody just trashing your implementation. You know, it's like fuel for the fire of making something forged into something better.
