Shanna: One thing they were very clear on is, you're not employees of this church. You are not little pastors. And the fact that they because, whether pastors know this or not, nobody else tells your kids that everywhere else a pastor's kid goes, they are a representative of their dad or of the church. They're treated like a little employee.
