Is There a Big Problem to Solve?
When we meet with clients, we have to be aware of this phenomenon in their world as well. And so the idea that you don't want to bring up a lot of small things because that's not really going to make them take action on it is wrong. Sometimes the solving a big problem is just like, hey, this is an urgent one. We need to take care of that. It's sort of like driving on those mountain roads and you're always literally one little turn away from just major catastrophe.
