The Benefits of Using Generative AI in VQA
Google announced a new feature called VQA, which uses generative AI to help the visually impaired ask questions and get answers. Apple is also rolling out point and speak within detection mode on its iOS software for people who are visually impaired. This means you can hold up your phone or camera pointed at the microwave and use your fingers to point at specific parts of the keypad and have what's on there read out to you.
