Are You Motivated Towards Cybersecurity?
I realize that there's a massive assumption that people are motivated towards cybersecurity. I started off by looking at something called the psychological contract, which is basically it sits above or separate to the employment contract between an employee and an employer. My research at University College London was looking into what happens when there's a psychological contract breach. People are less inclined towards cybersecurity behavior if they've had these psychological contract breaches.
