How Do You Deal With Expanding Change?
Dan Sullivan: As a leader, it's one of the most important things that you need to be thinking about day in, day out. How do we deal with just exponential changes going on in the marketplace? We can either lean into that or we can retreat into the cave of complacency - which isn't the best place to be. I'm predicting that we're going to continue to experience massive change and massive transformation within financial services for the leader. It starts with having the right talent on the team. But then ongoing training, ongoing education, I think is critical as well.
