The Role of Thiol in Brewing

I love west coast IPA and I was kind of like feeling a little left out with all of the hazy brewers getting to have all the fun with the thiolized strains of cosmic punch. So when star party came out I was like the first one at the home brew store to get it back and uh it works it definitely works. It's really interesting to think about how these interact with each other things like pop or beer that is made using Chico for example. In the u.s there's a distinction between genetically engineered um you know products and foods and those that aren't right genetically engineered, which we'll talk about in this episode.
