Do You Love Dairy?

Dairy has a huge long running history in the human diet and it's actually a pretty smart development in human history. If you're if you're going by the standards of paleo then that's not including dairy is that correct I think that's changing quite honestly which is really amazing. You can also get those same nutrients from egg yolks you can get a lot of vitamin A from egg Yolks and healthy stable fats and healthy stable naturally occurring cholesterol again you're looking for free range chickens so you can get those nutrients elsewhere if you can't tolerate dairy totally good to go.
