The Greens' Concessions to the Climate Change Bill
Adam Bant, the Greens leader, said they'd won 13 concessions. The most significant of those was a hard cap on overall emissions. All new coal and gas projects would have to be net zero in their operations from day one. There were other concessions too, like a review of the integrity of the accused. A Labour seems more afraid of woodside than global warming.
