Idea would be that our HRV almost never changes. It's always within this normal range or optimum we could even call it. So regardless of the absolute value the way that it looks over time is informative of how we are responding to stress. If we train well for example let's say it's a case in which we manage well stress in our life and then training remains the main stressor.
