How to Build a Network
If you think you're building a network or you have the potential for a network, you have to find a beachhead. If you try to go all in across the US, you won't really be able to find that network. Think of network as nodes and clusters. And so that's the entry strategy. How do you figure out what my cluster is? So for Facebook, it was university. For Airbnb, it was events, literally around events.
