i get it a bit from doodling, from drawing as well, am or even, you know, if i'm with ivy like making something out plaste scine. It's ta sort of thing that stops any other thought process and just gives me a simple task to do, and a task that i enjoy. And hat the end of it, there's something,you know, there's a snow man, or there's a doodle, or there’s a song at theend of it. But, i mean, thiss, this has turned into a whole new thing for you now, because your vese started off with that highly therapeutic song writing
