I read your three book series on modern management made easy. You've got practical ways to lead, practical ways to manage yourself. I particularly liked as a person that thinks about productivity and improving myself first and then improving the team. But I was stricken by the title of book two, which says practical ways to leading and serve. And in all of your talks and things that you publish online, that idea of leadership as service seems to be a theme. It is, and we often think about management as something we do to other people.
