With a DB scheme, you don't technically have money built up within the scheme. What you do have is a promise of an income in the future. That's all a DB scheme we're set up for. We can't tell you which way to go because circumstances are in this are difficult. You might not be better off if you don't actually achieve that rate within your own investment.
