Ralph: I've been working on trying to do a Nordic curl, which I can't pull off yet. But using the B-strong bands actually gets me closer to being able to do them. Ralph: You're really it's a hamstring curl, but you're lifting the entire weight of three quarters of your body. It's more like 80, I don't know, 80% of your body weight for sure. He says never want to jump into an exercise that is extremely intense at first.
