The Importance of Clearing Up the Anterior Chamber
The most common question you get from the anterior segment surgery and afterward, is how much should I have done? Right? So I think that you can never go wrong with clearing up the anterior chamber with your anterior tractor. That's obviously an infection risk and that's the key part of trying to decrease any complications afterwards. Most of the time when I see other complications like tears, detachments afterwards, it's usually when there's more manipulation that's done in the posterior segment than less manipulation that'm done.
