The Importance of Comfort Zones

I think that's a big, like I know in my childhood, I was outdoors all the time constantly. And so it's really hard for me to relate actually when I meet kids or young people and they just want, they're just like wimps. We've got to make sure that people get exposed to that and have a little bit of discomfort and get out of their comfort zones. Otherwise you're not really living a full life.
