Cortisol gets a bad reputation in the typical discussions these days of, oh, it's the stress hormone. We want cortisol surging first thing in the morning because that kicks off so many different pathways in our body. If our cortisol surges, it means that my hypothalamus and my pituitary gland to key control centers in my brain have started initiating daytime pathways. And I know for me, I had gone at least three decades without really ever knowing this or paying attention to this. So let's dive into that from a quantum biologic perspective.
