i'm discon like, feel the need to say that, like, if you are happy with what you wave, lake, you are a happy person where you're at. And for me, working out every day has been pretty good. Its like arthur said, dojust go running and stuff. I don'tie ever get the runners high,. But i think it still helps. So that's the thing that i really want to get ri most that.
