Three years on, dust has settled and we are starting to see some things very clearly. I was thinking about what I wanted to say to you today, apart from thanking you for being my brilliant co-pilot. Never have done it without you. There's the odd moment where we should pay generous tribute. We just got sucked into the, there is a tide in human affairs and we rode that tide. The orthodoxy that we questioned ahead of the public inquiry is most definitely in flux. Very nice summing up co-p pilot of a truly dreadful period.
