The Importance of Discipline in Organizations
Every moment we spend together at the minimum, at the default, should be fun. And having conversations that make us stupid isn't on that list. So what we ought to do is really sort of fess up to the fact that the conversation we're having now doesn't have a lot of value. If it's not making us smarter, then I don't have time for it. It's actually moving us away from improvement and it's making us dumb.
