Am, what's your advice to us when it comes to what we should do more of in life to manage our grief better when it does happen? I think important conversations with the people that you love about death and dying your own can really help you when it happens. And i think the big thing is to really learn to kind of support ourselves with difficult things. We don't always have to face grief from death to have difficult things.
