The Importance of Leading With Curiosity
I love that you took on this kind of coaching capacity for a period of time and still do. I would say leading with curiosity is something that really comes to mind. Instead of like the rigidness of going into a job feeling like you have to know how everything needs to operate and work,. That was a big stressor to me earlier on in my career, for sure. And I love sort of mining for answers and just sort of empowering the crew and hearing their opinion.
