How to Be a Successful Property Manager

The average time to send my spins with us is less than two years, so a year and a half or so. The worst thing we've had happened in the last couple of years is we had a septic tank went bad on one of our properties. I don't like septics by the way, but if you can have a sewer instead of a septic, it's a better long-term place of rental property because they're like everything else they break over time. And for years, I studied all the property managers in town, because I was self managing all our properties.
