The idea that may be a ritual around food can potentially override any negative effects something like eating peats irregularly. Eating together with the family, making food from scratch together is important. The last thing im going to do is take away the joy around food, cause that's really where we get ourselves in trouble and go down sad path of depriving ourselves.
