I just like the feeling of feeling strong. I've got terrible handshinks. Always have try and stretch more. Don't do ridiculous heavy weights and then just destroy your joints for no reason. You see like... That have great physiques in their 20s and then just fell off a cliff because they had too many injuries due to training silly. So what exercise helps me do that? Yeah. And I'm going to start doing it now, sort of thing.
