And I'm wondering if you have second thoughts about that protocol knowing this? "I would probably change some of the density hang stuff, at least for the strength phase," he says. 'It's not doing anything other than making you feel good about yourself, which is important, but physiologically is not helping' He adds: 'For a lot of experience climbers that use it, I would probably isolate the finger flexors.'
