The Importance of Being Confident
I was actually terrified of it because when I went up to accept the award and I said it in my speech, I was pretty vulnerable in that. We were going through a really, really shitty time on the farm and in our personal lives, I did not want to be there that night. The best speeches you hear often start with thanks very much. And ultimately our vision at motherland is to make sure no rural mum is left behind. So we've had a great summer so far, not too dry. Things are going well. They're gearing up for a big year.
