The 2016 Democrat Party Platform

There are some very interesting parallels between the 2016 and the 2017 elections in America. Clinton I think really did not play hard ball but really did minimize religious freedom. Similarly in Australia the Bill Shorten Labor opposition really did take a dig at religion in the 2017 election. On the back of things like the George Pell episode we also had a Tongan football player who was saying some things that were purportedly homophobic on Instagram. The premise was the more we attack people who worship the more the elite class will worship us. That was the premise and for both it backfired.
