The History of Concentrated Hot Pellets
A t-45 pellet is a concentrated hot pellet that's been made in its format by mechanical refrigeration to cool it down instead of cryogenic so it had been around and back back when our brewery was at Corbell we were using t-45s dry hop. "I didn't know really why I was doing it but in hindsight um it makes total sense" he says.
